Workout of the Day (WOD)

This morning the ladies of CrossFit Rogue Boot Camp completed the Filthy Fifty workout and looked good doing it! Today was their last workout for a couple of weeks due to the holidays so they asked for a hard one. Ask and you shall receive. Here is what the workout consisted of:

For time:
50 Box jumps
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings
50 Walking Lunges
50 Push press
50 Supermas
50 Wall balls
50 Burpees
50 Jump Ropes
