Whittle the Middle Wednesday



Today's Workout:

3 Rounds of:
Broad Jumps up the Hill
10 Sprawls with Jump
10 Medball Cowboy Jumps
15 Push-Ups
Broad Jumps down the Hill

3 Rounds of:
20 Chest Presses on Medball
100 Russian Twists
Sprint up the Hill

That's 300 Russians in one morning! Whew...that's why I say "whittle the middle" =)Nice work today everybody!!!
